With experience owning and operating restaurants and cafes, the [Kurdle (formerly Cups 2 Go)](https://www.cups2go.com.au/) team saw a gap in the market for a supplier who understood the industry and the people who were in it.

In their experience working in hospitality, the relationship they'd had with their packaging suppliers was minimal. They didn't know their reps, the companies they worked with didn't have a personal touch, and the packaging sold was often harmful to the environment.
