“I've lived in the eastern suburbs all my life,” says Glen Mezei. “One day, my sister-in-law was down on the beach and said, 'come down.' And I saw this place out here in Little Bay, underdeveloped. There were only one or two shops open, a Foodworks, and units being built. I thought, this might be the place to be."
