In 2012, Adriana (Adri) Parncutt took a batch of gingerbread to a local market on the Central Coast. As a home cook with a young family, she was looking for opportunities in her local area.
Adri’s Gingerbread was gobbled up by market-goers and soon local cafes were requesting her product for resale. Two stockists turned in four; four turned into 10.
Today, Adri supplies cafes, delis and gift shops around the country, with a Christmas peak so steep she starts baking to meet demand in October.
