Black tea - Breakfast Tea SERVICE_image_Assembly Store_order now

Black tea - Breakfast Tea SERVICE

Breakfast tea is one of the most familiar styles of black tea - a blend shaped more by consistency than novelty. Ours is built to be bold and full-bodied, designed to take milk well while maintaining clarity and structure in the cup. Our tea producing partners in India assess harvests throughout the year, adjusting the blend seasonally to maintain balance, as the character of the teas shifts with each picking. Built from robust Assamica cultivars, the blend evolves gently over time, guided by taste and experience. The result is a steady, satisfying cup with malty depth, rounded mouthfeel and excellent tannin - a dependable everyday tea that has long held a place in kitchens and pantries around the world.

Brazil, São Pedro - Coffee roasted for filter_image_Assembly Store_order now

Brazil, São Pedro - Coffee roasted for filter

Soft chocolate & nut tones, with dried stone fruit sweetness. Region: Cerrado Mineiro Process: Pulped natural Varietals: Arara, catucaí, bourbon, acauã, paraíso, guará São Pedro da Canastra is a coffee shaped by intent rather than spectacle. Grown at Canastra Farm in Brazil’s Cerrado Mineiro region, it reflects Edson Luiz Ignacio’s long-term commitment to producing high-quality coffee at scale while maintaining environmental balance. From the beginning, the farm has been developed with sustainability in mind, reserving large areas for native vegetation and protecting natural waterways to ensure the landscape remains as productive as it is resilient. Sitting between 1,000 and 1,250 metres above sea level, the farm benefits from warm days, cool nights, and a clearly defined harvest season that allows cherries to mature slowly and evenly. A mix of varieties—including Arara, Catucaí, Bourbon, and Acauã—are cultivated with careful soil management and organic inputs. Processed as a pulped natural, São Pedro da Canastra delivers a composed, generous cup: soft chocolate and nut notes layered with ripe stone fruit sweetness and a rounded, syrupy texture, finishing clean and balanced. Roasted for filter by Assembly in our North Melbourne roastery, Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung Country.

WHY ORDERMENTUM?

Wholesale ordering done right

“I would love to get to a point where all our suppliers are on Ordermentum cause it’s just such an amazing product. We can do all our ordering on one app, as opposed to spread across seven different platforms which is just asking for problems downstream.”
