What types of businesses use Ordermentum?

Ordermentum is designed for wholesalers & distributors whose customers order on a regular basis. Wholesalers & distributors customers can place orders on their smart phones, tablets & computers eliminating the need for you to take orders in person, over the phone, by fax or email.

Ordermentum is adaptable for any size business meaning it can be used as a complete solution with ordering, pick & pack all the way through to delivery or alternatively integrated with your current systems and processes.

Do I have to download an app to use Ordermentum?

No. Ordermentum is a web based solution meaning it can be used on any device that can connect to the Internet – smartphone, tablet or computer.

Is it easy to setup and customise Ordermentum?

Yes. Ordermentum is designed as an out of the box solution where you can be setup and using it within a couple of hours. Simply add your product menu & customers and you’re ready to go. If you use Xero you can be set up in less than an hour!

Do I have to sign a contract with Ordermentum?

We require all of our customers to sign a supplier agreement which includes the terms & conditions of using the Ordermentum solution. You are not locked into any contract period and can stop using the solution at any point in time.


What training & support is available for Ordermentum?

On top of the initial face to face/over the phone training to get you up and running you’ll also have access to user guides providing step-by-step instructions on how to use the Ordermentum solution.

You will also have access to ongoing 24/7 support via email & phone.

Do I need to install anything to use Ordermentum?

No. As Ordermentum is a cloud based ‘Software As A Service’ (SaaS) all you require is access to the Internet. This means you can manage your ordering and payment any where in the world!

Can I customise pricing and/or product groups for my customers with Ordermentum?

Yes. We’re aware that in the wholesaler & distribution industries that not all customers pay the same prices. Ordermentum is customisable at a group level right down to an individual customer. With Ordermentum you can customise pricing, product visibility and freight amounts.

Can I add my own brand to Ordermentum?

Ordermentum can be tailored to your brand. By uploading your logo and own images your customers will enjoy a seamless branded ordering & payment experience.


What payment methods are available for my customers?

Customers have the option of paying credit card, debit card, direct debit or on statement. They also have the option of paying when they place their order, delaying payment for a set number of days or statements based on days of the month set by you. We are also looking at having PayPal as a payment method in the not to distant future.

How does Ordermentum work with my warehouse/distribution process?

Ordermentum has a pick & pack and delivery module meaning it can be used as an end-to-end order, warehouse and distribution solution. Alternatively Ordermentum is built in a way that can be integrated with your current processes to ensure order information can easily be uploaded to your current solutions.


As Ordermentum processes payment for my orders, when will I receive my funds?

Orders paid credit or debit card prior to 4pm AEDT on a business day will be sent to your bank account the by 6pm AEDT, meaning funds could be in your account the same day or at the latest the following day depending who you bank with.

Orders paid by direct debit will be sent by 6pm AEDT on a business day the same day as they clear, meaning they will appear in your account the next business day. Direct debit payments can take up to 3 business days to clear depending on your bank.

No matter the payment method, Ordermentum is designed to help improve cash flow.

How do I know my data is safe with Ordermentum?

Do I still need to contact my customers to take orders?

No. Ordermentum is designed for customers in mind, meaning your sales reps can focus more on new business and not order taking. As your customers can order on any device connected to the Internet, orders can be placed 24/7!

There is however functionality within Ordermentum to take orders over the phone or in person if required.
