We partner with small farmers each Season so we can take our rescued Melbourne swarms to a temporary home where the bees will have access to an abundance of food. After a Season, when the bee colonies have increased in size and are checked for good health, we re-introduce the hives into Melbourne backyards. The flavour and colour will reflect the unique seasonality of the farms we partner with each Season. All of our honey is cold-extracted and unheated to retain all the beautiful health benefits raw honey has to offer.
