Decaf 220g - Whole Beans
A sweet and fruity, easy-drinking decaf espresso. Expect flavours of cooked cherry and toffee, with a smooth pear praline character when paired with milk. It took us a long time to find a decaf that met our standards—but this one from Elias Roas renowned for his work with Tim Wendelboe, was worth the wait. Grown at his farm Finca Tamana in Acevedo, Huila, Colombia, and meticulously sorted and decaffeinated. We knew we had to get this coffee in the roaster as soon as we tasted it. I can comfortably say it's worth the pretty penny we pay for the privilege! Now it’s a go-to choice for both our customers and staff, especially in the afternoon. Enjoy it black or with milk—and if you like a heavier cup, it brews beautifully as a filter coffee too. Origin: Guatemala / Ethiopia Region: Huehuetenango, Guatemala / Kochere, Yirgacheffe, Sidama Varietal: Bourbon / Heirloom Ethiopian Varieties Process: Washed Altitude: 1900 - 2400 MASL Tasting like: jammy peach, nectarine and dark chocolate with mellow vanilla sweetness and floral citrus lift. Silky body, juicy acidity and lingering cacao finish. Exceptional black, fruited, dense and jammy. Sweet, creamy and heavily fruited with milk. 50% Chelchele — Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia Another stand out Ethiopian and a super clean expression of natural process coffee from the Kochere district of Yirgacheffe. Historically naturals haven’t always been our thing, but the quality coming out of Ethiopia lately has been impossible to ignore — clean, expressive and ridiculously juicy. This lot tastes like jammy peach, vanilla, citrus acidity and floral aromatics, with silky toffee sweetness. 50% Finca Quejna — Huehuetenango, Guatemala A seriously tasty Bourbon lot from Nicolas Ramirez’s family farm in Concepción Huista. This coffee is everything we love about the Bourbon varietal — big juicy fruit and tonnes of complexity. Expect jammy nectarine, dried currant and dark chocolate with tart acidity and a super balanced finish. Versatile, comforting and dangerously easy to drink.
