Origin: Kenya Region: Nyeri Varietal: Batian, SL28, SL34, Ruiru 11 Process: Washed Altitude: 1770 MASL Thrilled to release another standout from our fresh crop Kenyans – this time, Gatomboya. Produced by the Barichu Cooperative in Nyeri, the Gatomboya factory pulls together cherry from around 950 smallholder farmers nestled between Mt. Kenya and the Aberdare range in Nyeri Country. Expect tons of toffee and caramel, with jammy blackberry and stewed blueberry layered over juicy sherbet-like acidity. A more rich Kenyan profile with a lush, fruit-forward twist. Rich, clean and deeply satisfying.

This year we're celebrating the season with something bright, juicy and gently tropical – a 50/50 blend of Wilton Benitez’s regional lot from Piendamo, Cauca, Colombia and a natural-processed Ethiopian lot from Banko Gotiti washing station in Yirgacheffe. It’s silky, sweet, and super easy-drinking – think Pineapple, milk chocolate, coconut and a gamay like wine-y acidity and texture - juicy park wine vibes! Wilton’s precise processing brings clarity and polish, while the natural Ethiopian layers up the fruit, adds the sparkle and a little wild charm. Fresh, juicy and just that bit sunny – majorly reminiscent of the kind of wines we’re all desperate to be drinking in the spring sun!
