Organic Cashews - Broken/Pieces 5KG_image_Honest to Goodness_order now

Organic Cashews - Broken/Pieces 5KG

These organic cashews are a combination of whole and broken cashew nuts. Cashews make an addictive snack and are great in mueslis, baking, nut butters and stir fries. Cashews are also a popular ingredient in vegan baking - replacing cheese, yoghurt and other dairy products - as they blend into a thick, creamy texture once soaked. No GMO. Unroasted and unsalted. No added preservatives. HOW TO USE They are a nutritious snack, in trail mix and are great in cereal or for baking. They also make wonderfully rich butters and are a satisfying addition to salads and stir-fries. GROWING & PROCESSING The cashew tree forms a brightly coloured false fruit that looks similar to a pear. The cashew nut is attached to the bottom of this fruit encased in a husk. Once harvested, the husk is removed as it contains a caustic resin, and the cashew nut, as we know it is revealed. They are lightly pressed to break the cashews into pieces. They are grown without the use of any insecticides, herbicides or pesticides and are preservative and additive free. INGREDIENTS Organic Cashews (100%)

Organic Matcha Green Tea Powder 5KG

Made from 100% stoneground young, fresh green tea leaves, our premium organic matcha powder is sourced from Kagoshima, Japan where is it grown at the foot of the Kirishima mountain ranges. The enriched soils which surround the mountain produce high-quality and delicious green tea leaves. Not all matcha powder is created equal. The quality of a matcha powder can be determined by its colour. Japanese matcha tends to have a brighter, more vibrant green colour due to the high chlorophyll content of the leaves. The plants are shaded before harvest to preserve the flavour and nutrients within the leaves. Japanese matcha produces a higher quality powder that is more expensive than other matcha producing countries.
