Elevate your matcha lattes with this first harvest Uji matcha blend, specially crafted to make delicious Matcha lattes and matcha drinks. It falls in between our culinary and ceremonial grade matcha in terms of quality, while still being affordable for everyday use. It has a vegetal yet creamy matcha taste, with notes of fresh cut grass and a hint of sweetness.  A blend of Yabukita and Okumidori cultivars, it punches through milk with some of that matcha bite, while the Okumidori cultivar provides a backdrop of smoothness and light sweetness. We recommend whisking 3-5g with 30ml hot water, adding 1/2 a tsp of sugar or honey, and serving over ice with your favourite milk or plant milk.
