Legend Seasonal Blend 250g - $23.50 rrp 1kg - 71.50 rrp This is our lighter, more modern blend. It features two rotating high quality A grade or AA grade coffees. It's clean, sweet and super smashable. The Seasonal Blend is designed to work with any brew method. Served with milk, its sweet, and served black it's clean with a bright fruity acidity. As espresso, we'd aim for 21g of coffee, 48-52g of espresso and a 29-33 second extraction. She's as versatile as they come and will work in Stovetop, Plunger, Aeropress and V60. Always Colombia based, blended with a seasonally appropriate Central American coffee, often Peru or Nicaragua, and at times, a tasty washed Ethiopian.
