Our tomatillo salsa is made in Mexico for seriously fresh flavour. We start with tomatillos which are also known as Mexican husk tomatoes. They may look like small green tomatoes but are closer in relation to a gooseberry with a bright, tart flavour used quite commonly in Mexican cooking. We blend fresh tomatillos with jalapeños, onion and coriander for a marvellously mild yet zingy and tangy salsa.

With their thin skin and refreshing bite, these iconic Spanish peppers are famously addictive and a staple of authentic tapas culture.
