Range Cleaner is a heavy duty caustic cleaner for ovens, grills, hotplates and deep fryers. Range Cleaner is a strongly caustic product that quickly removes even heavily baked on soils off ovens, grills and ovens. Due to its high strength Range Cleaner can also be used diluted with up to 10 parts water for less baked on soils and fatty deposits. Allow equipment to cool below 80?C before using Range Cleaner, then apply to warm surface diluted form of 375ml to 750ml trigger spray bottle which can be purchased separately (TRIG-RANG) and allow to react for a few minutes. Agitate using a brush, spatula or scourer pad then rinse off with plenty of water. Food contact surfaces such as grill plates can be rinsed with a dilute vinegar solution after water rinsing to ensure all alkaline residues are removed. To clean deep fryers, empty out the oil and fill with water. Add 250ml of range Cleaner per 10 litres water and heat to near boiling. Leave to soak, then empty and rinse with water and dry before refilling with oil. Pumps are also available to ensue safer dilution and consistent costs in used (PUMP-CH).
