Candyman, Signature Espresso 5kg

Colombia, Guatemala, Ethiopia • Multi Process Componentary • Espresso The OG and the blend that kicked it all off Candyman is our flagship espresso blend, first launched in 2010 and still our daily labour of love. A constant work-in-progress, Candyman is built from coffees we source and purchase directly ourselves — not simply assembled from importer offerings — with the aim of creating deeply sweet, balanced and comforting espresso, both black and with milk. Served black, expect notes of grape, plum, lemon pastry and dark chocolate. With milk, Candyman becomes all malted milk sweetness and macadamia butter. The blend components rotate seasonally to maintain a broad consistency of profile while showcasing coffees from many of the same producers featured throughout our single producer offerings. The May 2026 blend features coffees from Hector Meza in Buesaco, Nariño, Colombia; Los Vecinos in Huehuetenango, Guatemala; and Badeyi a natural from Uraga, Guji, Ethiopia. It’s important to us that blends are built from thoughtfully sourced coffees that are proudly identified and equitably purchased. The coffees selected for Candyman may not always present as singular micro-lots, but they are sweet, clean, carefully processed and deeply deserving of value and transparency. There is an abundance of further information about our coffee and sourcing on our website, head on over to read at your pleasure. This coffee is delivered in 5kg reusable tubs and therefore only available for cafes local to Melbourne. Please get in touch to discuss whether this is possible for your venue. RRP pricing (Once repackaged yourself) - $20 / 250g | $68 / 1kg If you require additional information cards for your guests, let us know, we'd love to add more to your order. Roasted for espresso brewing, or filter brewing with milk. This coffee is by standard despatched as whole beans, please leave further instructions in the product comments if you need it ground.

Golden Ticket Filter, 1kg

Golden Ticket Filter • elegant everyday drinking Orange, Milk Chocolate, Caramel, Nougat Edilma Loaiza – var. Castillo, var. Colombia – Nariño, Colombia Rosados del Sur – pink borbon – Huila, Colombia Golden Ticket is our filter blend, first launched in 2017 in pursuit of a simple idea: that a thoughtfully composed blend could deliver a more approachable, balanced and consistently delicious filter coffee than any single component alone. In the cup, expect classic filter coffee comforts — orange-like acidity, a gooey caramel centre, and a lingering finish of milk chocolate and nougat. Built from coffees sourced directly from producers we know and admire, Golden Ticket is designed to offer a journey in flavour as the coffee cools, balancing sweetness, juiciness and structure in equal measure. The current blend features coffees from Edilma Loaiza in Nariño, Colombia and Rosados del Sur in Huila, Colombia. If you’ve never explored a filter blend before, don’t mistake it for a compromise. Golden Ticket exists because we believe blending can be a craft in itself — creating a cup that is greater than the sum of its parts

The Ones We Love, Seasonal Espresso 1kg_image_Small Batch Roasting Co._order now

The Ones We Love, Seasonal Espresso 1kg

Colombia • Washed • Espresso A two part blend who marry exquisitely 'The Ones We Love' showcases some of the most compelling flavours of the season. A richer, more developed expression designed with milk in mind, while remaining equally rewarding as a black coffee, it presents juicy confectionery sweetness, nougat and cream when served black, and opens into notes of salted caramel, plum, milk chocolate and candied macadamia with milk. Current Components: * Beto Narvaez — Pink Borbon, from Bruselas, Huila, Colombia. Washed protocol * Antonio Gualguan — Colombia & Castillo varieties, from Vereda Veracruz, Nariño, Colombia. Washed protocol The Ones We Love is our home for coffees that stop us in our tracks. Often these are small microlots that may not have the volume to stand alone for long, but possess a flavour profile we think deserves to be shared. By combining two carefully selected lots, we can explore the space between single origin and blend: preserving clarity and provenance while creating something greater than the sum of its parts. The result is a coffee that evolves with the harvests, reflecting the season rather than aiming for rigid consistency. This release brings together the bright, juicy sweetness of Beto's Pink Borbon with the deeper chocolate and caramel notes of Antonio’s lot, producing a cup that is vibrant, generous and highly drinkable, whether enjoyed black or with milk. RRP -- $70 for 1kg If you'd like additional coffee information cards for your guests, simply leave a note in your ordering comments and we'll happily add them to your order. This coffee is by standard packaged as whole beans, please let us know if you have grinding requirements. We love to help!
