With more than 15 years experience within the industry and as second generation Italian's, Gelato runs through our veins! Our freshly made, authentic Italian Gelato is created with love (only as an Italian can) using only the finest quality ingredients. Gelato v Ice-Cream In a nutshell, gelato has less fat - yes that's right, less fat than ice-cream! Gelato is also churned at a much slower pace, resulting in less air being whipped into the mixture. This creates a silky smooth, rich & creamy mouthfeel.
