Turkish Bread Loaf 500 gr

Stone-based oven-baked Turkish bread loaf, golden, fluffy, and fresh from the oven. We use a 130-year-old organic sourdough starter to develop natural softness, flavour, and aroma instead of relying on industrial additives. The long fermentation process from this starter makes our bread easier to digest by breaking down gluten and FODMAPs, reducing bloating and supporting a healthier gut microbiome – unlike commercial yeast breads. * Because our bread is natural and not loaded with preservatives, it will start to go mouldy in around 3 days at room temperature. This is a sign that it is real food, not an ultra-processed product designed to sit on a shelf for weeks. For food safety and to keep the best quality, we strongly recommend that you store Gold Bakery Turkish bread in the fridge after purchase. If you prefer, you can also freeze it up to 3 months, then toast or warm it later – the texture comes back beautifully thanks to the strength of our sourdough.
