For the purpose of this Collections Notice, terms that are defined in our Privacy Policy apply to this Collection Notice.

    We collect personal information about you such as your or Your Business’ name, phone number, address and email address, and other personal information arising from your establishment or configuration of your Account or your use of the Site. We also may collect your personal information when you use, or interact with, our Site including (but not limited to) when you:
     
    1. as a Supplier, manage orders and payments, contact customers of Your Business, have contact with representatives of Venues in relation to your products or Venues’ proposed or actual orders, or contact us;

    2. as a Venue, generate and manage orders, make payments, contact customers of Your Business, have contact with representatives of Suppliers in relation to products advertised on our Site or proposed or actual orders, search for and contact existing and new Suppliers, or contact us;

    3. as an Authorised User (as defined in our Terms of Use) logging into an Account on behalf of a Venue or Supplier, engage in any of the activities mentioned in clauses 2(a) and (b) above (as applicable).

      We may also collect the above personal information about you from third parties, including representatives and authorised users of Your Business, Venues or Suppliers, and other third parties set out in our Privacy Policy, when you have provided the above personal information to these parties in connection with your use of, or interaction with, the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you consent to us collecting the above personal information about you from a third party. However, you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the manner in which the third party collects, uses or discloses the personal information that you provide to them. 

  3. Why we collect your personal information
    We collect your personal information so we can provide our services and Site to you. We may also disclose the personal information we collect about you to representatives or authorised representatives of Your Business, Suppliers or Venues other than Your Business, and other third parties set out in our Privacy Policy, so they can (a) provide or receive, goods or services to or from you or Your Business in connection with your use of the Site (including those goods and services described in section 2), and (b) receive the full functionality of, and best user experience when using, the Site.

  4. Overseas disclosures
    Personal information we collect may be stored, processed in or transferred between entities, including External Service Providers, located in countries outside of Australia, including (but are not necessarily limited to) the United States of America.

  5. What if we don’t collect your personal information?
    If we don’t collect your personal information, we may not be able to provide our services or the Site to you.
