"It doesn't help me with my costing, but it does help me with my pricing, because I can go to Ordermentum straight away. I can print off anything I like. My orders are there. Previous orders are all there for the whole financial year, so I can go back and have a look if something's gone up in price. It's so convenient."

"I don't know why people [other suppliers] just don't go on Ordermentum. I'm trying to get my other producers on Ordermentum as well. Ordermentum is an app, which, as I said, is so convenient, whereas the other one is very web based, so you've got to get onto the web and it's just a little bit clunkier."
