He is enlisting the help of his three children, wife and daughter in law to help fill in the gaps and let him concentrate on doing what he does best – making gelato. His youngest son Jerry – who has Down’s Syndrome – is the final piece of the puzzle. By joining the team Jerry is realising his dream of working with his dad. Jerry compliments Daniel’s 20+ years’ experience making gelato with a whole heap of enthusiasm and love both for making and eating a lot of gelato.
