Based on the Surfcoast in Torquay, we support retail customers as well as chefs with a range of sourdoughs, seasonal products, mueslis and granolas. Baking today from our base in Torquay Victoria, our leaven originates from the founders John & Jan who created it back in 1981 at Wholefoods Café in Geelong.
