"This app has been a game changer for me,” says Glen. “It all comes down to time. I don't have to worry about ringing someone, asking about different products. I can just go online, have a look, compare prices, see availability, and I get specials straight away."
That visibility has made planning far easier.
"It makes choosing a menu, writing menus, and working out what products we've got to get in so much easier than ringing up. We used to get faxes in with the specials this week. Now everything's on there."
The time saving is the part Glen keeps coming back to.
"It really is a game changer. It saves me hours a week. It takes me five minutes to go through and quickly order something. Before you'd have to ring up, ask a few questions. It just makes it very, very easy."
It's also changed how the ordering works across his team.
"My staff can get onto it straight away, and I can see it, approve it, and it's done."
