Venue Guide: How to make Ordermentum Rewards work for you

How can I join Ordermentum Rewards?

Follow these simple steps to enrol in Ordermentum Rewards and start earning Ordermentum Rewards Points:

1. Download the app
2. Tap the trophy icon in your navigation bar
   
   
   
3. Tap on ‘Get started’
   
   
4. Confirm your venue details (this is important to ensure that you’re earning points against the right ABN) and select a point of contact.
   
   

Once you've successfully enrolled, you will be eligible to start earning Ordermentum Rewards Points immediately. You can now check your points balance by navigating to the Rewards Tab.

How do I earn Ordermentum Reward Points?

First, join Ordermentum Rewards. Then: 

1. Spend with a new supplier
   Earn 1 point per dollar spent with a new supplier you discover and connect through Ordermentum, up to 5000 points. This applies to any new supplier you find through Ordermentum and haven’t traded with in the past. Only suppliers that you connect with after enrolling for Ordermentum Rewards are eligible to earn points.

2. Add a new user
   Earn 100 points for adding another team member to your Ordermentum venue. Note that this is capped at 10 new users. To learn how to add new users, click here.

3. Add a payment method
   Earn 100 points for setting your default payment method with a supplier to either card or direct debit for the first time.

4. Integrate your accounting platform
   Earn 300 points for integrating Ordermentum with your accounting platform of choice. Choose between Xero, MYOB Business, or QuickBooks Online.

What can I do with my points?

You can redeem 10,000 Ordermentum Rewards Points for a $100 Voucher to use on your next eligible Ordermentum order.

• Minimum redemption: 10,000 points
• 10,000 points = $100 voucher

Use vouchers to reduce your spend with participating suppliers, right in the app.

How do I redeem my voucher?

Redeeming your voucher is easy:

1. Open the Rewards tab in the Ordermentum app
   
   
2. Tap ‘Convert to Voucher’ once you’ve reached 10,000 points
   
   
3. Your $100 voucher will be ready to use on your next eligible order
   
   

It’s that simple.

How do I check my points balance?

Go to the Rewards tab in your Ordermentum app. Your current balance will be shown at the top.

Can I enrol in Rewards for multiple venues?

Yes! Each venue has its own Rewards account, but points aren’t shared between venues.

Can I earn points for past activity?

 No. Points start accumulating only after you’ve enrolled in Ordermentum Rewards.

Is there a maximum number of vouchers I can earn?

There’s no limit to how many points you can earn or vouchers you can redeem - so keep trading!
