Why did you first start using Ordermentum? 

The nature of our business means our customers need to be in touch or are ordering round the clock. Without the right online platform, this was really difficult. 

When we transitioned to Ordermentum, we were finally able to streamline our ordering process. Instead of using phone, fax, text and email - everything was in one place and we were able to service our customers 24/7.

What have the main benefits of Ordermentum been?

It’s just very easy to use. The ability to generate and export reports anytime we want saves us so much time and the platform frees up resources around ordering, communication, pricing, invoicing and collection.

What has your experience with Payments been?

We love how easy it is to use Payments. There are live cloud records and the transparency around payments enables our team to easily see new and past orders.  

On the flip side, our customers can see what has been ordered, by who, what has been paid, and what is due. When you’ve got everything in front of you like that, it mitigates communication errors.  

It’s a game-changer for any business, but particularly useful with large multi-site group customers who have staff and suppliers in different places. 

In what other ways has Ordermentum helped you grow? 

Firstly, there’s Growth Engine which so great for our business, and has resulted in many new customers and leads. It’s like having an extra salesforce!

Secondly, when venues connect with us, they can see our prices live and after their first order, they see quite quickly that they receive  premium quality at the time they want it. 

This experience of being able to connect and order so quickly enables venues to test our service at any time and grow into long-term customers which over time leads to growth. 

What do you think of the Digital Catalogue?

Our customers love the ability to see all our stock available online, as well as live pricing. They also really like that we instantly set up Pantry Lists which reflect regular requirements. It makes things so much easier.

Is it easy to get customers to use Ordermentum?

Most of our existing customers were familiar with Ordermentum so it was easy to get them onboard, and most new customers already use Ordermentum. It was no issue at all.
