Our family own and operated orchard, Bellevue Orchard in Officer, West Gippsland has been growing apples for three generations, and making apple juice for over 20 years. After a freak summer hail storm ruined our crop in 1998, we invented 'Summer Snow'. We pick the best apples, crush ‘em in our big press and bottle it 'em to keep that ‘just picked’ taste and nutrients inside. We reckon apples are not all created equal and should be juiced to celebrate their own individual personalities. Summer Snow Juice offers a range of beautiful still and sparkling apple and pear juices.

Fieldwork Coffee is a modern Australian micro-roastery. Comprised of a small team of coffee obsessives, we work together to champion what we believe to be the best coffees in the world. We take pride in supplying our customers with coffees that are grown conscientiously, sourced seasonally, and roasted with great care. We roast to order for Melbourne and Geelong customers every Wednesday delivering the following day. For regional, interstate, and international customers, we roast every Friday for same-day despatch with FedEx. We can sometimes roast outside this schedule if necessary, but please reach out to us first to confirm.
