Brother-in-law owners Bartek & Brendan have made the decision to quickly change nothing at all, honouring the traditional recipes and methods, adding ideas and their passion along the way. Today, Uncle’s expertly crafted, natural and wood smoked products are distributed to top delicatessens, food stores, grocers and on the menu’s of top notch restaurants, cafe’s, pubs and Hotels throughout Australia.
