The Gold Bakery
Gold Bakery is celebrating 25 years of baking on the Gold Coast! Since 2000, we’ve grown from Gold Coast Turkish Bread to offer a wide range of artisan breads, including Sourdough, ciabatta, Lebanese flatbread, buns, rolls, and more. The story begins in a small outlet based in Cheltenham back in 1995 by a small group of bakers. After much progress Eduardo Rato decided to purchase Jurgens Swiss Bakery in 2003 and currently operates it as a family owned business. Mr Rato has 40 years of extensive business experience, having previously owned Bernard’s Bakery and also Tiago Poultry.
