When To Send Emails
Your customers are busy, so make sure you have more than one email going out so they know exactly what to do.
Below is the timeline for sending out email communications, and we've pre-prepared email templates for each piece of comms that you can copy and paste.

We wanted to highlight another convenient feature of Ordermentum - automated payments. By setting up automated payment details, you can enjoy a seamless transaction process and eliminate the need for manual payment processing.
Setting up automated payments is a simple process:- Log in to your Ordermentum account
- Click the cog icon in the right-hand corner of the app
- Click Payment Methods under ‘VENUE SETTINGS’ and follow the prompts
