Your Branding Page is often the first thing a potential customer sees so it’s important that you make a great impression. A clear, well-structured profile not only builds trust but also helps venues order faster and order more.

It's your digital shopfront - designed to connect you with the right buyers and convert more leads into long-term customers. Below, we’ll take you through the steps to make your Branding Page *pop*.

Update your ‘About Us’ section

This is your chance to speak directly to your ideal customers, so be authentic, confident, and concise. A few well-chosen lines are all you need to stand out. Make the first 25 words really count and keep the total words at 50 or less - they should grab attention, spark interest and make the venues want to know more.

Tell your customers and prospects: 

  • Who you are 
  • What you offer
  • Why a venue should order from you

Use Quality Branding Images

As placeholders, we include generic banners, but we strongly recommend that you replace these with product-focused imagery that shows off your range and quality.

Your banners should:

  • Showcase hero products or bestsellers
  • Be  high-res images with clean backgrounds
  • Make it easy for venues to visualise your range on their menu or shelves

Add A Note For Leads

Use the “Leave a note for prospects/leads” section to: 

  • Share your delivery days or minimum order value 
  • Add a welcome offer (e.g. 20% off first orders) 
  • Include a short, friendly CTA to encourage first orders 

This simple action has been proven to nudge venues from “interested” to “ordering”


Show Your Stats

When key stats are displayed on your profile, you become more trustworthy to prospects. 
You can choose whether the stats below turn up on your profile: 

  • Usually takes X to respond to connections 
  • Y+ venues trade with ‘Your Supplier Name’
  • Z venues order more than once 
  • XY since last online 

These proof points help venues feel confident choosing you and can fast-track conversions.
