Whether you’re launching a new product, rewarding loyal customers, or trying to shift slow movers, promotions are one of the easiest ways to drive sales, increase AOV, and deepen relationships.

How Promotions Work
Running a promotion on Ordermentum is simple and customisable.
You control:
- Which customers see the offer (e.g. all venues, new customers)
- Which products are included
- The discount amount or offer structure
- Start and end dates for the campaign
When the promotion goes live, it’s automatically:
- Visible in your digital catalogue
- Applied at checkout
- Synced across both desktop and mobile
Types Of Promotions
- Flat Discount - A straightforward $$ of % off selected products or the whole cart
- Bundle Deals - Buy x, get y free. E.g. Buy 3, get 1 free - great for introducing new products
- Introductory Offers - Give leads a reason to order for the first time, e.g. free sample packs
- Customer-Specific Deals - Target high-value venues, reward repeat customers or first-time buyers using the filters when you set up the promotion

You’ll find the Promotions tab in your Ordermentum dashboard. From there, it takes just minutes to create a live offer.
👉 Log in to your account
👉 Go to Trading Details on the left-hand menu
👉 Select Add Promotion
👉 Complete the steps
