Email is one of the easiest (and most effective) ways to get the word out to your customers. With our suggested timeline and plug-and-play templates, you can guide your venues smoothly through the change and set yourself up for faster adoption and fewer ordering hiccups.

Pro tip: update your email signature with a Sign Up Link and banner (download below). It keeps your team looking sharp and gives customers a gentle nudge, every time.


When To Send Emails

Your customers are busy, so make sure you have more than one email going out so they know exactly what to do.

Below is the timeline for sending out email communications, and we've pre-prepared email templates for each piece of comms that you can copy and paste. Your first one (the pre-go-live template) is on this page, and you can access the rest on the menu.
